The first thing that we need to survive is oxygen and the next comes food. In today’s world everyone one is looking for healthy food combinations. Today I am going to talk about some food bowls or diets which are trending not only in India but worldwide. These healthy diets look good, tastes good and easy to cook. Can’t believe in my words ? But this is true. One can choose any one of these according to their choice and need .

Till now we all were knowing about one good diet i.e. Balanced Diet( this is usually we were taught in school and what we are teaching to our kids) but the time has changed now. We have to be innovative and creative in our diets. All these diet plans are full of variety and these are wholesome to eat. Healthy eating has to be a part of our life to fight with depression , anxieties and stress and other diseases. These can be considered as Healthy eating tips on the basis of Godrej Food Trends Report 2018 

🥗🍜Buddha Bowls and Power Bowls:

These can be considered as full meals as it contains all we need i.e. veggies( roasted or raw), beans , grains like quinoa or brown rice arranged in scrumptious manner. These are sometimes topped with seeds or healthy toppings to add flavour like cold pressed olive oil. You can have a look at this Budda bowl or can try these recipe power bowls.

🌳🌴Plant based Protein Diets :

This is also trending in the Food Report and famous among people who are Vegan.  This diet is rich in proteins , has more nutrients and fiber too.This diet also helps in weight loss as a diet full of fibre and water makes you eat less.

It can be said as Fat Burning Diet  as it forces the body  to burn fat more instead of carbohydrates. THis diet has become popular recently. Thsre are evidences that helps in diabetes , epilepsy and certain cancers too.

Superfood is someting which gives you instant energy  and boost your immunity but the term varies as it is not commonly used by Dietitians. Some traditional superfood of India are Tumeric milk ( haldi doodh ), Lotus seed ( makhana) and Amla are few of them

Tradional food has always been the best as it suits with need  of a person and the environment in which he  is living . Tradional Kahwa is best for the people in that kind of cold climate. Tradional food is the best option to stay healthy and fit.

  1. I always thought that balanced diet consisting of good quality foods is the most healthy one. I am currently trying to survive without fast-food and eating out (4 days already passed, keep fingers crossed) so I am obviously not an expert, but I tried various diets and the times I was most healthy (and thin) was when I was eating healthy meals prepared by my mom at home. I never tried (or heard of) Buddha bowls, have to look it up.
